Finally, a Grand Casino story

The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is large with great counter space and a tub I can appreciate. Most hotels are going tub free. I don’t consume alcohol, however, I sat at the bar because of a game I liked. The gentleman tending the bar was quick to bring me ice water and ensure my glass was full even though it was “free”. Overall great experience.

Wonderful stay. The staff is absolutely gracious and upbeat, our room was exceptional and we had wished we could have stayed longer. Ate at one of the restaurants and it was delicious and reasonable; we ate prime rib and walleye. Top notch. First time visit, already planning on returning.

The lady that checked me in could not get me handicapped accessible room. Therefore I was not able to go to the bathroom very well. The desk lady was no help and all she had to say was ‘too bad, we’re completely booked’. I really wish I could get my refund!
