We loved our stay at the Lotte. It felt like home and was absolutely perfectly positioned within the city. We had a wonderful view and our room was clean and spacious. Staff were incredible and so helpful. We will be back and recommending to everyone staying in HMC.

Great Hotel

We booked the Lotte on a whim without knowing much about the hotel and it was a great choice. If you're looking for a hotel with a great pool this is the one for you. Pool is massive and there is barely anyone ever there. Staff are all very attentive and welcoming, rooms are nice. We were a little disappointed we had a SMART TV but no access to Netflix etc. The location is great, close to the water and walkable to other places in D1 like the market. Overall a great few nights at the Lotte.
