The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and courteous. The safe in the room didn't work and I asked if maintenance could look at it but never heard and its never worked.

DON’T STAY HERE

Horrible experience m, smoke alarm was beeping when we got to the room, was told to just unplug it for the night, sheets were dirty, pieces of hair all over both queen size bedsheets underneath inside all over, the pull out couch mattress was filthy full of stains. there were no sheets on it Bathroom was disgusting and had a horrible smell coming from the drain when you ran the water, half of the lamps did not work. None of the USB plugs for cell phone charging worked. There were roaches crawling up the wall and door.

Check in was nice. Pillows size of couch pillows. Pool was ground filthy. Kids could not swim. No life preserver present. No towels. There was actual hair toilet paper and trash floating in pool. Do not stay here if you want to swim. We asked gir extra pillows and they said no. Not accommodating at all.
