Hobbs is our new home

Don’t stay here.

The customer service was horrible. They state that they allow service animals however emotional support animals don’t qualify to them unless you’re paying a $250 non refundable fee. More like the hotel just wants to keep extra money for no reason. We had another family member stay there as well and their a/c unit was broken where you could stick your hand in the a/c unit along with bedsheets all sticky and not clean. The blinds were all stained. I would never recommend this place to stay. The worst hotel I’ve come across.

Room safety

We got in late after being rerouted over an hour out of the way. The night clerk called, we alerted her we were 30 minutes out. We get to the hotel, she’s no where to be found, no entry to the hotel since it’s past 11. She finally shows up, slaps a paper on the counter and I find us she needs our license plate number…it’s late, we got the last parking spot in the back of the hotel…after waiting had to walk back out to get the information. Get the room key go to our room and door doesn’t even seal the room, you can literally see under the door out into the hall.
