The hotel boasts a convenient location; however, the rooms are somewhat compact. For tourists with a busy itinerary of daytime and evening excursions, this hotel is a suitable option. Nevertheless, significant elevator programming issues were observed. On several mornings, during periods of high occupancy, we experienced a 40-minute wait for elevator access.

Need some heating.

It was an okay stay. There wasn’t much heating in the room. Some nights it was down to 12C. I had to wear my fleece jacket as PJ.

The very worst hotel I have stayed in, ever and the worst ever customer experience. Firstly, distressingly , the bedsheets and bath towels had numerous blood stains on them so very concerned , if only because it was of very poor hygiene and safety standards as viruses could potentially still live in blood stains and infect. Looking at social media the hotel have had similar problems like this already. Why are you using this hotel? In choosing on Expedia , I relied that you did not list hotels that were unhygienic and had breached health and safety - I took pictures and complained to management and got their email address. On speaking them they had no response and blamed subcontractors who did their cleaning. The staff were all clueless. Additionally we had a power cut mid stay and had to move rooms. The customer service and response was very poor when we eventually got another room. Was made to haul our own luggages with no assistance to ensure reasonable move. I did not understand why they insisted on taking a deposit when usual practice is take credit card details as security. I am having difficulty in getting my deposit back now .

Réception & concierge staff quite attentive. Since we we’re staying 10 nights, we had a suite (450 sq ft), it was very comfortable for a long stay.

Breakfast quality was terrible. Limited choices and it took a long time for them to refill the empty bowls. Broccoli is so soggy and blend. It took a good 15 mins to wait for a lift during the breakfast hours
