Second time staying here. Check in process was very slow both times. Carpets in hallways are horrendous! Quite outdated so a little disappointing for the price you pay. Pretty typical for any hotel in Waikīkī from what i hear. Our housekeeping did an excellent job!

I booked this hotel because of its convenient location on the Waikiki strip. Unfortunately, the room felt old and outdated. The shower never had hot water and made a very loud, obnoxious noise whenever it was turned on. There is also a $50 resort fee, yet when I attempted to use the pool, it was closed for cleaning. On a positive note, housekeeping did a good job and the staff was friendly. Aside from that, there isn’t much this property offers. I would not recommend staying here.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Alohilani Resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
