We had a very clean room! The staff was amazing! We arrived about 2 hours early but they allowed us to leave our suitcases while we walked down Waikiki beach. They have this awesome promotion with a rental company to rent umbrellas, chairs, snorkel gear etc which was veryyyy convenient for us! Always had a chair and umbrella at the beach because of this amenity. Overall service was great! Can’t wait to go back! We also did self parking and it was so easy to go in and out. Highly recommend hotel!

1st room I was put in was terrible - the AC on the wall was louder than construction, it was clearly an un-renovated room (as I have stayed here before and know the quality of other king bed rooms). Was put in a 2nd room that wasnt much better but at least had central AC - still there was hair in the bathroom, spots on the mirror, broken suitcase holder but still in the closet, over looking a parking garage. It's clear they put you in their worst room possible if you book 3rd party.
