The staff was outstanding but the room was in bad shape. Vents need replaced and the drywall was damaged in several areas. I slept well but was put off by the things that could be easily repaired but were not getting the attention it needed.

Staff was fantastic. Room was clean and quiet. The grounds were very pretty. Air conditioner was cold! Yes, it is an older hotel but it was a perfect place to stay for a night before a cruise.

Property is convenient to the airport for pick up. Salt water pool was great and refreshing. The nearby Lagoon Chinese restaurant was authentic foods, loved the staff assistance when needed. A little on the high side for the age and condition of the facility.

This is a little local gem of a hotel. Built in the 70's, I would guess that the carved pineapple lamps are original. Tucked away near the airport, it is clean and neat; no big amenities, but the staff is incredibly friendly, and you can park in front of your ground floor room, which makes it so easy! Yes, you might feel like you stepped back in time 50 years, but I wouldn't trade a stay here for anything in Waikiki.

The location was great for terminal 3. It was placed squarely in an industrial zone with large buildings on all sides. Shuttle took a while with an apology for same. It was small older room with air conditioner that ran most of the time but did the job. Staff very friendly. Nothing adverse. Worked well for our late night arrival and mid morning departure

Fine but needs some work

The hotel is in a convenient location for people who need to stay a night near the airport. There's a free shuttle that leaves every half hour all the way at the end of the terminal. The lobby area is very nice, the staff are helpful, and there's free coffee in the morning. The courtyard and pool area are pleasant with beautiful flowers and statuary and there is a little convenience store and a dive bar. Our room was fine, kind of small, but the bathroom could use renovation. There was a really gnarly looking air vent that was being held together with a twist-tie! And (I know this is a endemic problem in the tropics) there was a giant cockroach in the bathroom in the morning. On the other hand, there was great water pressure in the shower! :) So... yeah. Not terrible but could use some work

Quaint, needing some maintenance, and CLEAN.

Check-in was great, easy, and staff was very helpful. Room was very clean and the bed was nice and clean as well, comfy too. Hotel is external room entrances only, like a motel, and our room could have used some maintenance fixing stuff, but it was all clean. Except for the horror vent in the bathroom full of moldy lint that looked like you would get tetanus from touching it. But the vent of Cthulhu the Old God didn't have to be touched or anything. Rest of the bathroom was cleaning. Even the cracked tiles and the hastey patch done on the sheet rock. Honestly, it was super small and underwhelming but I'd definitely stay there again. I wasn't afraid of it and I didn't see a single roach or roach droppings anywhere.
