I must say this is the first time I ever left a 1 star review for a hotel, given that I’ve travel quite a bit. The place is super tiny, old, dirty, lots of mold around the windows and sinks. The water faucet was leaking and both of the bedsheets had stains on them. The AC made some really loud noise when turned on. We couldn’t sleep all night because of the noise and it was too hot to turn it off. I paid $175 a night and I think this is not even worth $25/night. Seems like the whole building is about to fall off. Never had such a horrible hotel before and I usually don’t expect much from a hotel except a clean and safe place to stay.

The hotel isn't perfect, but it was perfect for us. It's a little on the older side so everything is outdated but you're in Hawaii for Hawaii, not the hotel room. The pool area WAS renovated so I'd imagine they are working their way up to the rooms. Also, the have a bunch of things you can borrow in the pool area( beach umbrella , beach chairs, etc)The reason for such a high rating is because the staff was top notch, extremely helpful and attentive. Not once did one of our requests meet resistance. ALSO, the hotel is in a perfect location. Literally 1 minute from Waikiki Beach and the " main strip". Close enough to everything that nothing is far but far enough to not be drowned by noise. It was also a few blocks(5 min walk) from the international market place which offers an insane amount of shopping and food. This was our second trip to Hawaii and rest assured our third will be at this hotel once again!

The hotel is family friendly. It is close to a beach that is perfect for little kids. The hotel has a kitchen which saved us some money. There are plenty of places to eat walking distance from the hotel. It is not a fancy hotel, but it was perfect for our family.

Very nice location I can walk to the beach nice people the only thing I don’t like it’s not parking around and soon arrival to parking my car to login my stuff I have a ticket and I am not happy they give me a ticket for $120

This hotel has amazing location, a 5 minute walk to beach, restaurant and clubs. My room was very quiet and had internal balcony, with nice plants-trees. There is a microwave and small kitchen. Internet is easy to access. The TV was acquired from Hilton many years ago, (I assume) and display this when you first access the TV. It was difficult to access the TV, to view channels and assistance was required from management. My room was located on the ground floor, opposite the pool. I would certainly recommend this hotel based on price point and the amazing location.

The property is close to restaurants, very convenient to all transportations , malls , markets and walking distance to the beach . But the bathroom smells mildew and A/C is loud , also bbq restaurant just below our room and is noisy . Building is old and hallways are dirty.
