Amenities, optional breakfast, location and most staff were excellent. It was nice that the resort fees actually went towards things (like Monday night telescope stargazing and free beach rentals). Room cleanliness was mostly good, but definitely room for improvement. Shower water pressure was lacking. Overall it was a nice hotel for the price.

The hotel is in a great location close to the beach and the staff was nice. The valet parking was terrible. We’d have to wait a long by time for the car plus on the first day the valet damaged my car. Also, it was VERY noisy in our room. We were on the 17th floor and could hear everything outside. The noise from the traffic and people yelling would keep us up all night.

Our 7 day stay was really nice. This hotel is located at the end of the strip which is ideal if anyone wants to get away from the crowded area. The service was overall A+, Mica helped us with a better room, while Glenda always kept our room nice and clean. Lillian assisted our family with booking. Great experience staying here! Try to stay away from lower floors especially around grad week, so many kids on our floor. But all good!

The twin fin was a nice stay, although claiming to recently be renovated, the rooms are a bit dated, there was some mold in the bathtub behind the shampoo bottles. The staff were very friendly and helpful, loved the free activities. The elevator system kind of drove me nuts, had to wait a long time for them. Breakfast is fantastic and so was the pool. Over all a great stay, just a little dated and elevators were annoying.
