This the most beautiful and modern Hotel in Hot Springs! Not to mention it is right next to the Lake ! Our room was facing theblake so we had one of the best views.. Service was grand, specially with their great trademark cookies!!

I did not like being put in a room without a working telephone, very inconvenient especially if the plan was to indulge in room service. I was offered a move but my family seriously did not want to carry our luggage around again. We were told someone would come fix or replace the phone, but that never happened. It was an average stay and I've visited this property several times within the last calendar year and it was much better than this experience.

Great location, beautiful view.

The hotel was beautifully placed near the lake, so had a great view of the lake and the town. Great location to get to all the tourist attractions and restaurants.
