Our stay was great, bed was very comfortable. Room was just perfect for us. Will definstay again one of the top hotels of our choice when we have to come to Hot Springs for Dance Competitions. Staff is very nice as well and very nice and accommodating to me and my service dog.

Cleanliness a Plus.

Everything was clean. No nasty carpets. On check in, we had the sweetest young lady to register us. Everyone that worked there, was so friendly. The pool was clean.

Decent

Reasonable facility, great access to Hot Springs National Park. We had to move rooms as the room we were assigned smelled smoky. Night staff was very accommodating, but we did have to move to a lesser room. It wasn't super clean and smelled like mold/mildew, but it was better than smoke. There were also quite a few bugs in it. We did not try the breakfast here.
