It's an old hotel, 40 years I believe, it has a constant musty odor, we arrived at 2:30, check is 4:00 so they wanted to charge a extra $75 for "early checkin". That didnt impress me at all!!!

The bed was uncomfortable. We could feel the springs. Not what you would expect in such a nice hotel. Some of the room is a bit dated also. The shower faucet was not easy to use I actually had to have my husband pull the nob out in order to use it and I had to use both hands to push it back in in order to turn it off. It was also pretty hot in the room. We tried adjusting the AC but it did not seem to change any. We were in room 520.

The hotel was very nice. The only issue was hot water. The first day we had to inform the front desk we have no hot water. The issue was corrected. But the next day we had no hot water again.

Watch your credit card for unauthorized charges

Check in was fine until i checked my credit card, along with the $50 incidentals charge they charged me an additional $160 on a pre paid room. Desk had. No explanation as to why and it did not show up on my itemized bill. So no i get ro wait and see if it drops off my card
