Had a 1 checkout even doubled checked with staff At 9:20 knocking started at my door even had sign on door do not disturb every 30 minutes someone was at the door, waking me up again and again took some things out to my car stopped by the desk verified that my check out was at 1 o’clock went and got something to eat since there was no free breakfast. It cost $12 in a sign said went back into the room. They had already started stripping my room so I went and picked up what I had left what they didn’t throw in the trash from this refrigerator, which was stopped full of wine, beer, fruits, and and snacks the Housekeeper did not speak. English went over to the other one she looked it up. She said yes I had a 1 o’clock check out. This was at 11:30. I was so upset went back downstairs checked out they could not give me a receipt told them what has happened. They apologize, but did nothing about it and I left. I will never have anybody book me there again nor will I ever stay at a Holiday Inn all they said was sorry nothing else. Maybe this is why I don’t like to travel.
