Amazing workers very respectful and spot on with an situation occurs very accommodating the whole staff was entirely nice and amazing I would book again showers was hot and rooms were so clean

The heat didn't work in the room. I was told maintenance would come to fix it, but they never did. Music randomly plays throughout the day and night over the speakers if your room faces the lobby entrance side. The ice machines don't work, and you have to get some from the bar, which closes at 10 p.m. at the latest. The shuttle stops at 11 pm, and the staff acts like they don't want to be there. No one is on the same accord with information/ hotel policies.

The staff was very helpful and nice. My problem was that the air didn't work that well. Also someone was smoking marijuana in the night and the smell was all in my room. Im law enforcement and just wanted to relax and unwind not deal with that. I will never return to this property.

This hotel advertises free parking on their website. They will not honor, gentlemen at the counter communicated with the manager in an attempt to honor it, however, he was unsuccessful. I won’t ever book this hotel again!
