I had an amazing stay at The Moran City Centre! The staff was super friendly and made everything easy from check-in to checkout. My room was spotless, stylish, and had a great view. Plus, the bed was ridiculously comfortable—I slept like a rock. The location is perfect, right in the middle of City Centre, so you’re steps away from great restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. The hotel itself has a cool vibe, a solid gym, and a nice bar to wind down at. Overall, a 10/10 experience. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

I stayed there for 2 nights. Was hardly in the room except to sleep and they kept my 200 dollar deposit as well as charged me an additional 200 dollar fee for absolutely no reason. When I contacted the billing department no one picked up the phone. I called the front desk and asked them to start a claim for my dispute and send it tonthe billing department. It has been 7 business days and Ive heard nothing back. This unacceptable business practices and I will never book there again, since thats the way they treat their guests.
