The hotel was good and nice enviroment , in the reception it was top class service but in the resturant it was not so good . I and my mother was eating dinner at the resturant and we think for the price of the buffe its not worth the price i must say .

Truly amazing. The process of saving almost extinct species (snow leopard, Przewalski horses, amphibians, cranes and woodpeckers and many more) is so necessary and done so well here. The habitat is carved into a beautiful mountainside so animals are content and thriving. The hotel had very fine young chefs creating delicious food every day and the staff was genuinely kind and helpful. We even spent one superb night in a cabin in the forest! A never to be forgotten time for us.

Detta hotell var det sämsta hittills. Vi reser mycket med 30 hotell övernattningar per år. Rummen var kalla Sängarna var dåliga. Badrummet ersatte kylskåpet, vilket var bra för att kyla bubbel. Obefintlig utsmyckning i gult målade rum

An sich eine ruhige Gegend aber leider gab es in der Nacht auf Sonntag eine stundenlange Prozessionsfahrt amerikanischer Oldtimer, die mit ihren riesigen Motoren ordentlich Krach machten und dabei den Parkplatz vor dem Hotel als Drehscheibe benutzten. Sehr kinderfreundlich. Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen, doch die von den vielen Kindern hinterlassenen Essensreste auf dem Fußboden wurden erst nach Ende der Essenszeit entfernt.
