Didn't hurt the budget. The lobby and rooms were nice. The breakfast was good. Having never been to Indy before, NW Indy is a little rough. If you like Dollar Tree, there is one on the other side of the parking lot. There were also signs of water damage in the room (bathroom ceiling) and on the first floor hallway. There were kids running the halls until about 930p. No fault of the hotel, but the sound traveled into the rooms well.

It was clean, beds were comfortable, good shower pressure, decent breakfast, but our toilet ran and had to lift handle every time we flushed.

Reimburse

I am requesting a full reimbursement. We were there for a family trip, and we utilized the pool twice and both times we were told by the front desk staff that there were no towels that were available after we got out of the pool. So my kids, especially my two year old son was shivering. And on top only that, the entire floor we stayed on smelled of marijuana. It was absolutely terrible. Then we go to breakfast, and I asked if we could get the waffles, and she said they were out of waffle batter. It was an absolute terrrible stay. Please reimburse my stay.

Dog friendly hotel? Barking all night in the guest rooms and dog vomit in the lobby entryway. I have dogs, like dogs and enjoy dogs. I should have gone accrossed the hall to 421 and knocked. But I was too tired in the middle of the night to raise a ruckus. I was in town for a work education. Maybe next time I will need to stay somewhere else unless I hear from someone about this. Will see if these are looked at or not. Review pending.
