Kahdeksan hengen majoitusta varten "A Finer View" -huoneistossa on kolme makuuhuonetta (kuningas, kuningatar, kaksi kaksoset), jossa on vuodesohva lisävuoteisiin ja kolme ja puoli kylpyhuonetta. Kahdella merenrantapaketilla, uskomattomilla näkymillä liikkuvista dyynit, jotka ovat täynnä meri-ruoho, ja majesteettinen Atlantin ovelta ovella tehdä "Finer View" todella erityinen loma kohde.

"A Finer Viewin" sisustus tarjoaa majoitusta niin kauniilta kuin näkymä. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on oleskelu- ja ruokailutila sekä hiljattain remontoitu keittiö. Keittiö on korostettu graniittisilla työtasolla, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuista laitteista ja aamiaisbaarista. Suuri nykyaikainen ruokapöytä on suunniteltu kuudeksi, ja lisäksi kolme ateriabaarin paikkaa. Olohuoneessa on mukava suuri taulutelevisio, joka sopii erinomaisesti pelin saamiseen.

Toisessa kerroksessa on kaksi makuuhuonetta. Ensimmäisessä makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja toiset kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Jokaisessa on oma kylpyhuone. "Finer View" sijaitsee Mariner's Walkissä Wild Dunes Resortissa. Mariner's Walk on yksi suosituimmista osakehuoneistoyhteisöistä saarella. Rehevä nurmikko grillausasemilla ympäröi yksi parhaista uima-altaista Resort, joka on yksinomainen Mariner's Walk vieraat. Beautiful condo with a beautiful view

Our stay was amazing. Condo was clean and comfortable and you can’t be the view and how close to the beach it was. Can’t wait to go back

Great Location

We really enjoyed our Spring Break trip at this condo. It is very comfortable and spacious. The views are perfect and the beach access is very good. It is located on a very wide strip of beach and we were often the only people for 100s of feet. Just a heads up about the twin room. The windows do not have any coverings and the morning sun comes right in. That is really my only critique of this great condo. We would definitely return!

This was my 3rd time staying in this condo, and it’s continued to be a relaxing and accommodating space for a beach vacation. This unit is clean and tidy, with a floorplan that allows people to congregate together in the main floor, but also have privacy in the bedrooms at night to read a book or watch the stars from the private 3rd floor balcony. All bedrooms have ample closet space, and furnishings to accommodate all your vacation and beachwear. The kitchen has a good selection of cookware and utensils to cook up most any meal, or the condo’s location is a short drive away from the many dining options on the island. The kitchen also has decent cabinet space for your groceries. All appliances (less the standalone ice maker which is inoperable) work and perform as expected. The pool is a very short walk across the parking lot, and it’s an equally short walk to the beach. This is always a good place to stay when visiting IOP, and Wild Dunes and Mariner Walk are a worthwhile choice when considering where to stay.

Main floor lovely, but…

First off, paint smell was awful the entire trip. Property mgmt provided air cleaner but it did not help eliminate the paint smell. First floor is lovely, but all bedrooms need updating. Clunky furniture, wobbly lamps and tired linens need updating. Bathroom mold was evident as well. Way too many stairs to climb. Would not recommend esp with small children or seniors. Also, electrical covers missing on some outlets. Definitely code issue.

Always a good stay at IOP/Mariners Walk

3rd stay and Mariners Walk and 2nd time in this unit. This unit is very clean with updated paint and hardwood flooring, and great views of the beach and ocean from both balconies. Yes the upper floor bathrooms are a little dated, but the water pressure is good and the water is hot – totally functional. There was a small leak from the vent fan while we were there, and the host was responsive and sent a repair man within hours (and on a Sunday). The kitchen had enough dishes, pots and pans for making meals. My one dislike is the age of the TV’s in the living room and primary bedroom – they are OLD, non-smart TV and no HD cable subscription. I get that most are there for the beach, as we were – however we go in the off-season during football season & watch my hometown NFL team on Sundays. I went to Target and bought a Roku to stream the game and to watch it in HD. For the weekly price of this until, still having an old, out of date TV is just silly. The location is great and IOP has a lot of great restaurants within a very short drive. Some of our favorites are Islander 71, The Refuge and The Boathouse at Breach inlet (Go are sunset to see the dolphins).

Wonderful location

The condo was very immaculate and well stocked with kitchen essentials and bath linens. We especially enjoyed sunrise coffees and evening beverages on both balconies. It was a perfect location to enjoy the beach, as well as close to all Charleston has to offer.

Don't expect too much

I wanted to impress my daughter and her husband with our beach house. The missing great, room fan, with the wire hanging down, was not a good 1st view. The broken glass in the staircase sconce was a danger to the grand child as was the swinging open door of the display cabinet that we had to secure with dental floss. One of the 3 burnt out lights was replaced by maintenance and he assured us that a new fan was on the way. Not in our time there. It's a beautiful place but not maintained in the manner that I expect for what I payed.

Great Place on the Beach

We enjoyed our stay in Mariner's Walk 11E. The unit was very clean and well-maintained. The one maintenance issue we had was resolved within hours. The unit is very spacious and comfortable and the views of the ocean are beautiful.

My family vacations to IOP yearly. This year, I was a little late making reservations and we ended up at Mariners Walk. This was our first stay at these condos. We were pleased with the pool (a lot of the condo pools seem like an afterthought without enough seating or room) as it wa ps more comforatable then most of the condos in previous visits to IOP. The unit itself was just tired. We couldn't seem to get comfortable there. The furniture was past it's prime. The main level smelled musty and almost like pee. There was no where to put food (all cabinets were full, so our groceries ended up on the counter). The one plus was that there was an ice maker. That was helpful! There was rust on the air returns. The thre levels didn't really work for us either. We won't be staying in Mariners Walk again, for sure, as the layout was just not family friendly. And got those with lots of luggage....there are no elevators either. Sorry for such a downer review. We had a great time on vacation, so much to do in Chs, but didn't enjoy the actual condo.

Very nice

It is a nice place. I complained about bird droppings, poop, on the step. Quite a large amount! They said they would take care of it on Monday. They did not. A lady at the condo finally cleaned it up on Thursday. The birds have a nest there. It needs to be cleaned all along. We had a great time there! And the view is AMAZING!!

Pros: -Beachfront location -- steps to the beach/ocean -3 levels (nice if you want space from others) -Great deck off of 3rd floor master bedroom, with beautiful view of ocean -Clean -Nice kitchen -Some shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and sponge provided -Comfortable beds -Ample towels -Passcode entry to condo, so no key to deal with -Super easy check-in and check-out -Isle of Palms is beautiful Cons (nothing serious, but annoyances): -Rodent droppings in 2nd floor front bedroom -2nd floor toilet clogged upon arrival -- someone came to fix -Didn't get WiFi for a couple of days -- password didn't work -- someone came to fix (he was very nice!) -Washing machine won't work if set to Hot Wash -Dryer has really loud squeak when running that you can hear on 3rd floor -Battery needed to be changed in smoke detector on 3rd floor, so started loudly "chirping" in the middle of the night. Two of us woke up to work on silencing it, which involved more than just removing the battery.

Great view!

I absolutely loved this property! The view was outstanding. The property was well maintained though showed a little wear since it was the end of the season. The landscaping around the property and pool was beautiful. It was so tranquil at this time of the season. It was just steps to both the ocean and the pool. It only took about 40 minutes to get downtown to all the great restaurants. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Relaxed beach stay

The house while comfortable was a bit tattered. Remote in queen bedroom did not work properly for the T.V, Overall we found Mariners Walk very satisfactory, the grounds were well kept and the pool was clean.
