The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. But the walls are missing insulation. You could hear people talking in adjacent rooms. I could also hear the toilets flushing from the room above. If they could upgrade noise/ sound insulation it would be a much better accomodation.

Great Pullman Hotel!

We love staying at the Coast Hilltop Hotel when we pick up and drop off our son at school. The property has beautiful views! The staff and service have always been wonderful!

The property was gorgeous and the room big and clean. It was great that they only charged $20 pet fee which was waived because I was taking my dog the the WSU teaching hospital.

This place was nice enough. Clean enough. People were friendly. The bed was extra soft and extra bouncy which wasn’t our favorite. The shower had good water pressure.And breakfast, though really nice to have that option, was pretty small and limited. There were refrigerated microwavable breakfast sandwiches, but there were no hot options. There was no peanut butter for the waffles, just little things. But overall, it’s a nice place on the outskirts of town. We’ve stayed here before.

Our room was very comfortable, clean and very nice bathroom! We do have one complaint, no one was at the desk when we checked out so we left our keys on the desk! When we got home we had a 20.00 charge added to our room! We have tried several times to reach the motel to question the charge but have not been able to reach the motel we stayed at! Just the reservation line!

Nice location as long as you have transportation as this hotel is at the top of the hill overlooking Pullman. The hotel is nice with plenty of parking and the accommodations are not bad with a decent continental breakfast. I would recommend it to future travelers coming to Pullman.
