Pelican Landing-Lemmikkiystävällinen trooppinen merenranta ylellisyyttä

Nauti yksityisestä keinona tyyliin loma tällä oceanfront neljä makuuhuonetta, kolme kylpy 2500 m² mökki. Aloita päivä nauttia auringonnoususta kolmannesta kerroksesta yksityisen päällikön parvekkeelta tai toisessa kerroksessa asuintilaa kannelle ja lopeta iltasi katsomassa ja kuunnellen valtamerta samalla kun nautit trooppisen tuulen kanssa ympäristön soihtu palaa LED maisema soihtu valaistus. Tämä koti on täysin varustettu hoitaakseen kaikki tarpeesi. Kaksi paikallista suunnittelijata kuultiin luomaan moderni eklektinen tyyli-asetus. Custom-verhot ja istutusikkunat ovat koko omaisuutta. Ainutlaatuinen nykyaikainen tuulilasi lattiamateriaali sekoittaa nykyaikaisen ja perinteisen elementin. Kolmannessa kerroksessa master-sviitissä on king-size-vuode, jossa on oma olohuone, jossa on vyöryäinen sohva ja Tempur-pedic-tyyppiset patjat. Master-kylpyhuoneella ja suihkulla on erillinen liuskekivi, jossa on kattoikkuna ja erillinen puutarhatyynyt. Neljä televisiota, joissa on Xfinity-kaapeli ja nopea internetyhteys, ovat koko talon. Amazon Alexa -järjestelmä tarjoaa tietoa sekä musiikkiviihdettä.
Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on oma sviitti, jossa on king-size-vuode, oma olohuone, keittiö ja kylpyhuone. Sviitissä on lisäksi Tempur-pedic-tyyppinen patja, jota voidaan käyttää ylimääräisenä kaksois- tai parisänkynä lisävieraiden käytössä. Sviitissä pääsee katutasolle riippumattomalla sisäänkäynnillä / poistumisella. Pääkerroksessa on avoin oleskelu-, ruokailu- ja keittiösuunnitelma, jossa on graniittiset työtasot ja takka merinäköalalla jokaisesta ikkunasta. Pääkerroksessa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, joista toisessa on king-vuode, pinnasänky ja taapero-välineet, toinen kuningatar. Merenrantapiha on aidattu, jotta lapset voivat leikkiä ja mukautua niille perheenjäsenille, jotka eivät halua jättää jälkeensä.
Koko edessä ja takana telakat sytytetään yön aikana LED-valaistuksella nauttimaan kauniista palmujen ja maisemien ympäröivistä ominaisuuksista. Valtamerialueen palo kuoppaan tekee mieleenpainuvia iltoja perheen ja ystävien kanssa (kaasun käyttö veloitetaan erikseen ja vähennetään talletuspotkusta ei ole saatavilla kesäkuukausina). Great place! Great location! Convenient boardwalk to use and it's a nice spot on the beach. There are locals that will park cars on "your beach" but there was still plenty of space for us to not feel crowded.House is well appointed with linens, lots of towels (beach and regular) they had a nice stock of paper products as well, a rare treat with a vacation rental!There is some construction going on next door currently but it wasn't disruptive, and the loud parts should be done within a couple weeks of this review.Washer/dryer worked great and was a blessing!They had dehumidifiers in several areas so humidity wasn't a problem at all, even in August. Lower unit has it's own mini-split and upper Master Suite has it's own AC, if you follow the suggestions posted on the thermostats you should have a comfortable stay.The lower unit worked great for a "grandparents quarters" they have their own kitchenette and space. Kitchenette needs to borrow utensils from upstairs, but that may just be from the supplies migrating upstairs over the years. It has it's own coffee pot and as noted separate AC and thermostat.Tons of beach gear in the garage, several inflatables and several boogie board/slick boards to use as well as at least 5 or 6 beach chairs, all in good condition yet. Communication is top notch. We had a couple needs during our stay and they were promptly resolved. Owner/host genuinely wants to make sure you enjoy your visit.Would stay again.

Great house and location! Few minor things but would stay again! Great owners.

First glance everything looked just as pictured. Place was generally clean but in our opinion could have been cleaner. Seemed like whomever cleaned just did minimal things. AC wasn't working properly upstairs BUT the maintenance manager Joe was awesome to work with! Very kind and stayed on top of it to provide a solution. Owners were also very kind about the issues we had experienced. Honestly probably the first time we stayed somewhere that the owners and manager cared as much as they did. Would 100% recommend this property. They had beach chairs, an EZ Up, couple umbrellas, boogie boards, etc for the beach. Lots of baby items included. We had a fantastic time and would return for sure!!

Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) stayed here in July 2025. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group. The kitchen was well stocked, and everyone loved the quick beach walk! The beach was not crowded, although the residents are allowed to drive on the beach in this area. It was quiet and relaxing. Downtown Fernandina Beach is about 20 minutes away with many restaurants and shopping. We all enjoyed our stay!

We stayed in this home last year and came back because we really like the layout and location — it is ideal for families and close to everything. Unfortunately, this year the property showed more wear and lacked the level of maintenance we expected, especially at this price point. Several issues added up: a broken dryer handle, a leaking coffee maker, a tub handle that came off, a missing fan remote, and exposed screws on the back deck door that could be a safety concern. The upstairs fridge was too small for a large group, and a few fixtures (like a bench and toilet paper holder) were damaged.None of these ruined the trip, but the overall condition felt overlooked. With a little upkeep and attention, this home could return to the high standard it once had.

American Beach Week

We had a great family vacation at Pelican Landing. The house had several items that needed to be repaired and updated. The floors in the home were very clean upon check in. We only had one working vacumn that def. needed to be updated. The other one didn't work at all. One of the eyes on the stove remained on high and you couldn't use it to cook unless you wanted to burn what you were cooking. Eloise started out being very friendly, but after a few contacts was non-responsive which dissappointed me. This is not a property that we would stay at again. It may be what others are looking for, but it did not meet our standard of expectations for a VRBO stay.

Four years and counting!

This was our 4th year staying at Pelican Landing. It’s a lovely house in a great area. We love American Beach. It’s a quiet area and the house is right on the beach. There is a Harris Teeter just down the street along with several fine dining restaurants. Eloise, the property manager and her team are amazing and provide excellent service.

Thanksgiving at the beach

We enjoyed ourselves and thought the house was perfect for our family. We had a very large private top floor. My son had a private room and bathroom on the bottom. My daughter and two kids had two rooms on the middle floor. Kitchen was well equipped and big enough to make our Thanksgiving dinner. Great beach access.

PLENTY OF ROOM FOR OUR FAMILY OF 8!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house the week of July 6-13. There was plenty of room for 8 adults, and the fact that it’s pet friendly was definitely a plus! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, and every other thing imaginable for cooking a gourmet meal at home. There was even a brand new stock pot so we could make our low country boil one night. We did have to remove the two knobs from the right side of the stove because they kept turning on, just by someone bumping up against it. That could be a potential fire hazard. My husband was extremely disappointed in the condition of the two grills on the property though, considering he grilled our dinner 4 of the 7 nights we were there. They were removed the day we checked out, which is great for future guests, but not so much for us. The view of the ocean from the back porches was amazing! It was a short walk over the dunes to the beach, which was uncrowded and peaceful, just the way we like it. The air conditioning in the upstairs master bedroom had a really difficult time cooling during the day. Most afternoons, it got up to 80°, even though the thermostat was set at 68°. The bedroom closest to the bathroom on the main level was also hotter than the rest of the house. I’m not sure if there was a problem with the vent in that room or not. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable weeks we’ve had at the beach, and this has become one of our favorite places to stay. We hope to be back soon

Great Vacation For Family Getogether

The overall summary of our vacation was one of the most enjoyable we have had in a long time. The house accommodated the whole family and the weather was ideal. The proximity to the beach was unbelievable. The house we have rented several times previously an unfortunately is beginning to show it's age a little. the deck door would not open entirely as either the door was warped or the flooring was. Even the flooring in front of the refrigerator seemed uneven. We are also a family that loves to grill and enjoyed outside cooking. the grills were both nonfunctional although the listing of the property listed them as an amenity. We also battled several issues with pests (bugs) in the house which looked like large beetles/cochroach looking insects. All in all we had a great stay but we were surprised to find the house beginning to have issues as I have mentioned we have stayed there at least 3 times previously.

Highly recommend this beach home. Throughly enjoyed our time there. The home had everything we needed with lots of space.

Wonderful Ocean View with spacious lovely home

We truly enjoyed our stay at Pelican's Landing! This lovely beach villa was comfortable (new air conditioning units that worked well) and had everything our family needed for a delightful beach week. A well- stocked kitchen (and we love to cook so we are picky), spacious rooms and bedrooms, and an amazing property manager. who is thoughtful and helpful. (I happened to mention that we needed a few more dish towels, and Amazon delivered sets of new ones the next day!) The balconies and patio provided a beautiful setting to enjoy the dunes and the ocean. A couple of things we didn't know about the portion of the beach where we stayed that is apparently typical of Florida beaches--we were just not aware: Residents of Nassau County can drive on the beach in certain areas. In front of our house was one of those areas. It surprised us to have trucks and cars parked in a line on the beach area in front of our house. Everyone was quiet and respectful and family friendly, but on the weekends it was pretty crowded with vehicles. Not so many on the weekdays. ( A few blocks down from us there is a park where no vehicles are allowed, so we could have walked there.) Right next to the house is a public walkway to the beach which ends just before you get to the fairly steep dunes. If you have a full beach cart, be prepared to muscle up to get over it. We enjoyed being only a short drive to shops, and exploring the charming historical district of downtown. Highly recommend!

Review

Overall, we enjoyed the property- The pictures made the property seem a little newer than it actually was- Disappointed that the hot tub was gone. Also, the Ac was not great and basically non- existent in the garage bedroom. Plenty of room and close to the beach. It was a little more secluded than i thought but not a bad thing.
