We had a room with an ocean view. It was beautiful! The staff was amazing and the room was clean and very comfortable. They have a restaurant and bar on site, as well as a really nice pool. There were a lot of dining and shopping options within walking distance, which was nice. Plus, the pier was only about a 3 minute walk. I would definitely recommend staying here for a great vacation!

We had a horrible stay there. Not only the room wasn’t cleaned, but there were molds everywhere. I still can’t believe this place has 4 stars. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Our stay was great and the beachside terraces are amazing. The only suggestions I have is more signs that the lobby/front desk are on the 2nd floor. There are no obvious signs that tell you this, you have to ask GPS takes you to the wrong side of the hotel, which is where the big sign is also-parking and luggage unloading are on the other side.

The property was clean and well maintained and the room was comfortable and clean. My only minor complaint is that, although there was a coffee maker and coffee in the room, we had to go downstairs to the lobby to get cream and sugar and stir sticks. Most hotels i have stayed in include a few packets in the room so i don't have to get dressed and go downstairs ust to enjoy a morning coffee on the balcony. Other than that it was a great stay and we would probably stay there again when we're in town (and bring coffee supplies).

The hotel was nice and clean and we had a nice evening at the Landshark bar with Ted, the excellent bar tender. Check in was unpleasant, the receptionist was not very welcoming or friendly. Maybe she was having a bad day ... ??

We were looking forward to celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary at the beach. When I received the confirmation for our room, I noticed the dates were incorrect, I immediately made the correction. Apparently, I didn't do someting right because when I got an email saying our trip was only 1 day away, I realized the date had not been changed and called the hotel directly to see if we could still come on that night. I was told they didn't have that room available. The clerk was very polite and tried to help by suggesting we could rent another room for that night and add it to our existing reservation. However, our cost for the wrong dates was $176.00. The room that was available for that night was $232.00. Unfortunately, we couldn't afford that much of an increase and had to cancel and pay the $176.00. I'm aware that I'm the one who made the mistake, but how very disappointed we are at the loss of our payment and the chance to celebrate our anniversary at Margheritaville. Maybe next year!

The room was clean and comfortable. Had an issue of no hot water in the bathroom and the floor felt a little sticky. We let the hotel know of the hot water issue when we checked out. We were only staying one night.
