The heafty charge for parking! It would make more sense to charge the self park fee or the valet charge in the rate and have parking included as it would make the guest feel less nickel and dime. The valet was awful rude to me when I asked where self parking was located and if I could drop off our luggage then park he said no so we had to park and then roll our luggage over from the paid parking lot across the street. It felt a bit unsafe with the traffic not paying attention.

Somone walked into the room on their phone about an hour after we checked in. Ended up leaving and not staying the night as we felt unsafe with staff walking into the room unannounced and without knocking.

Everything was great, room was clean and the staff was friendly. I am giving this a lower score because of the $150 pet fee which I missed when reserving the hotel and is exorbitant! a $150 per night room turned into $420, just very frustrating. Impossible to travel any more and stay at a clean hotel without being milked dry.
