Had to look at several rooms because most smelled like animal pee or cigarettes. After going back to the desk because each too. Was horrible we had no choice but to settle for two rooms that were still bad. Stains on the sheets, past guest hair in the showered and cobwebs on the walls. If I could get my money back I would.

We had issues starting with the check-in. As you can see from our account, we had to make another reservation since Red Roof required us to get another room since we had three small dogs and their policy had a two dog max per room and 80 lbs. Our 3 little dogs totaled less than 40 lbs. At first, the hotel was going to allow us and just charge an additional pet fee, but then another customer saw that we had three dogs and complained to management. we’ve traveled across the country and stayed at many pet friendly hotels and have never had this issue. The rooms were not clean and smelled like pet. Regardless to say, we will think twice about staying at another Red Roof.

Had to go through several rooms to find one that was even remotely clean or didn’t smell of cigarettes or animal urine. Even then the room was bad, has a smell of animals and cigarettes. The bathroom was not clean and cobwebs covered the walls. 10 out of 10 do not recommend staying here at all. If I could I’d get my money back.
