Super chill Jacksonville friendly staff. We arrived in late and everyone was so accommodating. Staff member watching parking came over and showed us the path to the villa. Reserved parking and all. Very happy with the entire process.

Loved the property... wifi didn't work and the air conditioner in room 224 leaked water pretty bad .. but the beds were comfortable, loved the balcony view of the pool & ocean and Lemon Bar .. wish there was an elevator .. but overall it was a great experience.

Few small bugs in bathroom but clean otherwise. View from second floor was poor although we did manage to see the sun rise through the trees - they need to be trimmed or cut down. Don't know that you can really call any of those rooms oceanfront. Pool appeared to be nice although we didn't use it. Expensive enterprise considering its placement along the beach.
