Great property for a relaxing few days at the beach. The surrounding area is excellent for restaurants and shopping. Very nice room and great service. Would recommend to anyone.

The room was nice. The bed was not very comfortable. We had no hot water in our room. They tried to fix it but couldnt and gave our money back for 1 night. Nice place but not worth $254 a night.

This property is dated and in need of some renovation. It is perfectly located on Neptune Beach with walkable restaurants. There is no view of the beach from the first floor, and I suspect not the second floor, either, but it’s a short walk through the dunes to the beach. The pool area is convenient to all rooms, and a poolside bar / snack facility is adjacent to the pool.

Great place to stay

Clean room, comfortable bed, beautiful ocean views. Only cons were ice machine hardly ever had any ice in it, and they didn't have any kind of comforter or thick and warm blanket. They did provide me an extra blanket, but I was still a little cold overnight. Everything else was fantastic!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Seahorse. Simple, older hotel, but nice and quaint. Very very convenient location. Super easy access. Loved the simplicity. Not luxurious at all, but that was totally fine.

Charming property with great oceanfront location and within walkable distance to restaurants and shops of Neptune Beach. Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. We liked the hard flooring (not carpet) in the rooms which keeps it clean, not holding musty odors. Newer flooring and surfaces in the bathroom. Private balcony with great view was very nice. Downsides: sliding screen door could not close the whole way, not much besides a slippery soap dish in the shower to hold toiletries, and I thought the mattress was not very comfortable. The location of this inn and the overall cleanliness of the room is excellent, however.

I stayed the night of Jan. 1, 2025. Alrhough I lwft the room in excellent shape, the hotel has repeatedly charge my card $50, weeks after my stay. When I call, I'm told i have to speak to the manager, who is never there when I've called. I guess I have to go down there in person. What a tremendous inconvenience!

This is such a beautiful place; especially if you like small business owned places. I love the character and the area is amazing. The beach is clean and so accessible.

We loved the concierge lot worker named Michael. We were having a rough day and he prayed with us and changed our entire outlook on the rest of our trip. Everyone was super nice. Front desk young women were amazing.
