This is a nice place especially if you get a suite. The beds are not really that great because the mattresses have depressions on each side. Next time I will ask for the room with the best bed mattress because by night four we were hurting. The pillows are super awesome!!

Very clean Great Temperature I was asked if i wanted cookies, did not receive Thin Toilet Paper Thin Walls Had to unplug desk (for plug-ins or TV to be able to plug in light on desk No Handicap patking, I asked (my husband has Stagec4 Kidney Cancer) bit our bathrub is Handicap accessible. I stayed at a Hilton in Cambridge Ohio for work just a couple days earlier for 4 days totsl. Much better establishment for much less money.

Loved the warm cookies on check in for Honors Members. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the 24/7 free coffee/tea/cocoa was perfect! Doubletree never disappoints!

We only stayed for one night after an exhausting day of travel. Check in was easy and the front desk clerk was amazing. The room was clean. My husband and I have CPAP machines, so we need outlets to power them at night. There were more than enough outlets in the room. We really loved our stay. If we swing through Jamestown again, we know where we are staying.

This was a pretty good hotel overall. I was concerned because there was a lack of parking in the parking lot and no handicap parking whatsoever designated. This was a problem for me as we have access as a family to handicap parking. I did not feel safe in the neighborhood, traveling with my daughter, as there were some questionable activities happening on the corner of the hotel. The inside of the hotel was fine, the bathroom could have been cleaner, however, for the price and the quick overnight it was fine.
