I originally booked the room to take my son to American dream we ended up getting snowed in. I booked the room for a second night. Every thing was closed due to the blizzard I wasn’t able to get my son food and the lady from the front desk. I’m not quite sure what was her name, but she was a god’s sent angel and helped me feed my kid that night.

My room wasn’t bad. I just wished theywould have changed the curtains because the curtains have holes in them. And the microwave I just think after a incident happened with a dog pooped in front of my door I think at least the manager could’ve at least say something to me, but besides the hotel is fine.

One of the worst places i've stayed. we got a bottle of water a check in but on day two they said they didn't have any. the breakfast is just snacks and cheap coffee. the rooms are dirty, the tub is gross with no tub plug and no water pressure, the windows are too dirty to see out of, the kitchen is old and not taken care off, there was no free coffee or tea in the room, not even water, no bags for laundry, no laundry soap vending machine, run down and smelly everywhere, the beds were old and hard and there was no extra blankets. i don't know anyone here for an extended stay could live or afford it when you'd have to buy so much that typical hotels give you for free. the soap and towels were vey low quality. the place looked nothing like the photos.

Was told there was a pool and continental breakfast neither were included. My family and I were assigned to one room which wasn’t the room we were staying it cause confusions for myself and my family. Staff wasn’t very nice in regards to the confusion on their end.
