We booked our trip super last min and got a great deal. Will definitely come back. Only complaint was that the room I originally booked was under construction so they moved us to a different building and room. So our view was of the top of the hotel. Other then that the staff was amazing and the luau was a ton of fun. They kept the drinks coming and since it was right at our hotel we just needed to walk up to our room. I will also say that there is quite a few homeless people who hang out right next to the hotel and while they dont hassle you it does make the area next to the hotel smell like pee and is dirty.

Our room was large but smelled a bit of mold, also the sliding door to the deck was off the track and was hard to open and close, our back deck had only two chairs even thought we had three registered guests while the decks on either side of us had three! i requested to be in a renovated room but i am pretty sure i didn’t get that- the floor boa da outside the room were sheets of wood !!

Fair. Upon check-in we discovered a partial ocean view meant nothing. When we called to upgrade our room we were misquoted resulting in higher fees (was this a coincidence?). Parking fees are $25/night. Breakfast was tasty -- a good option if you’re primarily concerned about travel time to the airport.

Too noisy

Beautiful hotel with a large restaurant and view of the ocean. It took a little long to check in. Room was large, comfortable and clean. My main issue with this hotel was that there were groups of children running around outside the rooms until late hours. We were in the Bay Tower and the bar across the street kept us up until 1am with loud music every night. I was very unhappy with all the noise.

Location, location, location

Excellent location, location, location. On the point, beautiful sunsets from the room or bar/pool. Near shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and responsive, availability of services good. This resort is older, noticeable in the rooms; loose plumbing, noisy ventilation, a heavy, sticky sliding door to the lanai. However, the bed was very comfortable, linens and towels fresh and clean. Restaurant service was very slow, the food just okay, a lively bar.

It is a great area, an older Hotel that is remodeled, but the quality of the work is poor, and they left a lot of old and ugly. It is still a good hotel, just not a 5-star or what it could be if remodeled properly

Wifi did not work and staff told me to contact the cable company. Tower was entirely under construction. Staff lied about there being stationary bikes in the gym and when confronted said they have never been to the gym. Generally staff was not friendly or helpful.

We had a great time and would definitely return. Our room was a little outdated but it was clean. The housekeeping was excellent. Location was fantastic. Could easily walk into town. Parking was good. Was upset the lagoon was not open to swim. Luau was great. Our room had a good view of the wster. Wish the chairs on balcony were more comfortable. All in all it was fantastic.
