Hotel was ok. We had a huge gap in the door that someone from the outside could see in towards the bed. We had to cover it by putting the iron against the door. Unfortunately, we also had our vehicle broken into overnight while there. Room itself was spacious. Breakfast was good. Big fridge in the room was a huge plus.

My expectations are low, and I am easy to please. Experience was good, they try with what they have. They could upgrade their fitness center with reliable/working machines. Breakfast was ok with little variety for low carb options. Rooms are clean to my knowledge and demands, you get what you pay for. Will probably stay again if need be.

Small but nice hotel in the middle of Battle Creek. It was clean and the service was excellent. My only complaint was the parking space in the front of the hotel was limited due to the size of the lot. This is the second time we have stayed here, and we plan on coming back.

The property was very clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Location was excellent for us. Everywhere we needed or wanted to go do was 10-15 minute drive.

DO NOT STAY. Bugs! Ran out of food at breakfast before it was over and was told too bad for me. Hot tub not working. Rude front desk girl. Bugs!

In town for the air show

The bedding was dirty, there were beetles and bugs everywhere. They staff dominated the breakfast area and made it uncomfortable for the guests. House keeping never came and made or changed the beds, or cleaned the room our entire stay. Not the friendliest staff. Won’t return.

The bathtub in the room was cracked in the middle, people were running in the hallway and someone knocked on our door...the hotel wasn't easy to locate, the hot tub wasn't open either

Did not feel safe around hotel

First of all the place did not have an elevator. There were shady looking people and cars in the parking lot. I told my son as we were leaving, this is either a drug or prostitution joint. Very eerie and creepy place. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating at least. Breakfast was pretty standard and decent.

Okay place for a night

Check-in was efficient. Some renovations are going on, it was quiet on the 2nd level and was an okay place for a night.
