When I called before making the reservation asking if pool and hot tub was open was told yes it was open and working to get there and it was closed and supposedly been waiting on a part same thing that happened last year at the same time

I paid for two queen bed and I got 1 full and 1 queen. They didn't seem to care that I paid for 2 queens and had a party of 4 staying in the room. The breakfast was TERRIBLE! The bread was hard before you even had a chance to toast it. The sausages were hard as a rock and the eggs taste terrible. Wasn't many options. Wouldn't even eat the food. The pool was closed without a warning ahead of time. Do not recommend

I upgraded to the hotel tub room when I got to the hotel. They were very accommodating. The lady at the desk was VERY friendly and super sweet! The room was okay.. I was not able to use the hot tub because it was really late when we got back to the hotel from the casino (the reason for our trip) and I went to get in the hot tub, I started to fill it up and there was this greenish/brown film on top of the water. I felt the bottom on the tub and it was very slimy and slippery. I just couldn’t get it in. I told the lady in the am when checking out and she gave me my money back for the upgrade which i thought was nice. I would definitely stay here again! Very accommodating and very nice! The customer service was exceptional!

We stayed overnight at Baymont on Sunday, Nov. 16th. But if we needed a longer stay, we would still stay there. It was clean. It was quiet. The amenities in the room were complete. We appreciated that there was hot and savoury breakfast also, in addition to bread, bagel, waffles, cereal and oatmeal. They also have a swimming pool which looked good but we didn’t use it because of our short stay. I’d like to suggest that they install some kind of privacy feature there. Many parking spaces were available. All of these were for a reasonable price!

Room and staff were great, very clean room, house keeper was very helpful. Needs security around the clock. Kids and grownups running around knocking on doors and running. Toilet was clogged all night front desk never answered phone
