Bathroom is renovated

I stayed here two years ago and came back recently — and once again, I was happy with the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. I remembered the simple breakfast with individually wrapped items, as well as the small pool, which brought back nice memories. Compared to two years ago, the bathroom seemed to have been renovated — it looked much cleaner. However, the room itself still felt quite dated. One downside was that there were no towels available at the pool, so we had to go back to the front desk to ask. Also, there were no chairs by the pool, which made it a bit less comfortable.

The things I was worried about were better than I expected. Beds were clean and comfortable. The fridge and bathroom were better than I was expecting. While it has obviously been upgraded, it’s still an older building and not completely what you would expect from a modern motel. The pool while acceptable is still older and a bit run down. But in the end, it’s a good value for the price and one of the better options in town if you’re not looking to break the bank.

The location was convenient for one night stay. The room itself was clean. This property is need of renovation, dated, got locked in pool due to malfuncting lock. Found needles in auxiliary parking lot.

I canceled with an agent before myvstay. The agent said they would talk to their supervisor to make sure i wouldnt be charged. I spoke tobthe property and they said all they need is word from hotels..com to insure i wouldnt be charged. I reached out again and was told that they wud speak to the higher ups to insire i wodnt be charged. Hotels.com did not cancel the room. I canceled before the ddeadline for cancelation and still get chwrged. A bloddy shame but it looks as though i was still charged? I probably wont even get loyalty consideration!
