left stranded at the airport in 20 degree weather outside waiting for a cab because our flight was delayed and then charged $25 for a cab to get back to the hotel to pick up our car so much for saving a few dollars will not stay here again at the airport I called at 11pm to get a ride but the shuttle driver left shuttle hours4am-11pm we shoulda got a ride back to the hotel, might have stayed another night

We had to wait several minutes while she took a call. Never understand why phone calls take precedence over live persons. In addition, the key card that she gave us did not work and we had to wait several more minutes for her to come up to correct it. We ended up having to change rooms. Not major problems, but unnecessary inconveniences.
