The staff members at check-in was rude. I called to make sure I could have a jet tub even though I’m bringing my dog, I was assured by the hotel that I could. When I got there I was rudely told I could not. That dogs aren’t allowed in the tub. I explained I was not putting her in the tub. My husband and I have not had a honeymoon and have been married almost two years, I thought a romantic soak in a jet tub would be nice but the staff meme we was cruel, rude and disrespectful towards me. I will never stay at a best western again. They are now mostly run by a masogastric culture and I do not like to be treated like I am less than as a woman.

The staff was great and accommodating, however the property is a bit more run down than I'd expected. The pool was a bit cold, but my main turn off was the rusty light fixture in the pool. The fitness centre appeared well stocked upon arrival, however the weightlifting machine wires were not on the wheels properly. I tried to fix it myself to no avail. It's broken and unusable. I was excited to see a peloton bike, however the bike and the treadmill were unable to connect to wifi limiting its features. There was a thing for Sani wipes, but none in it or put in wrong, couldn't tell. The floor in my room was highly uneven. The breakfast was nice including egg, sausage and chunky hash browns. However the breakfast available from 6-9, by 8am there are no hash browns which was disappointing. The shuttle to/from the airport was highly convenient. The Airworld Park across the road is a gorgeous short little was around a body of water, home to large fish and many birds. Nice walk after a long day of flying. It was neat to see the Vita Course built along it.

We just stayed here as a quick overnight stop on a road trip and appreciated the friendly service and nice breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. However, this is a pet friendly hotel and the first thing we noticed upon entering our room was that is smelled like urine and the rooms have carpet flooring.

Easy to get to and reach, quick check in and provided water, --- Carpet is stained and dirty in hall way's and in room we stayed also, has a musty order on carpet and i think it would help if they changed the filter on the air conditioning and Heating unit, It smells musty, -- good bed to sleep in and clean sheets - just need to do something with the carpets in this place and get fresh air into the rooms

Booked this hotel because I saw positive reviews, however the hallway/ stairwell carpet was filthy our entire stay. The couch in our room was also disgusting. We asked for some packets of salt for our food and they didn’t have any. The hallways also smelled horribly throughout our entire stay. The staff was friendly, but I don’t think this property is deserving of the positive reviews it has.

The hotel seems worn. AC was off in the lobby and lights not on...dark and shadowy. Hotel room seemed worn, dirty washcloth was hanging from the shower rod, and the room did not smell fresh. Pool is NOT heated and the patio area was trashy and weedy.
