My husband and I were in the hotel for 4 nights over Thanksgiving. The room was good. Our TV was messed up and after 2 calls to the front desk, with no help, my husband was able to fix it. The hot breakfast could use some variety. The offering was fried cubed potatoes, sausage links, a 'fried egg', biscuits, and gravy. The gravy was cold 3 days in a row 15 minutes after breakfast started. The staff said that one of the warmers didn't work as well as the other. I asked "why it wasn't hot to begin with?" I didn't get an answer. On Saturday there was scrambled eggs, but all other options were the same. Pool was closed for maintenance. For the price & location, it was 'okay'.

We only spent the night and then took the 4am shuttle to the airport so didn’t do much more than sleep. We paid to leave our car at the hotel for our trip. Hopefully that works out good. Left too early for the breakfast, so can’t rate it. We will stay again if we get a chance.

This place was horrible. The pictures online clearly showed it had a bar. Bar was shut down. Then the pool was closed for maintenance. No warning, no notification, nothing. Then the last thing (and this is inexcusable!) ALL THREE ICE MAKERS IN THE ENTIRE HOTEL WERE BROKEN!!!! Are you kidding?!?!? How does that happpen?!?! For what I paid I will be demanding a full refund. This place was beyond a joke.

The airport shuttle service was a key factor in our choice of hotel. Before making a reservation, I contacted the hotel to verify that the shuttle would be available for our early flight. The hotel confirmed that it would be, so I booked our stay. Regrettably, when we checked out on the morning of our flight, we were informed that the shuttle did not run at that hour, despite our scheduled 3am pickup and my prior confirmation. The staff member's attitude was extremely rude. We will not be returning to this hotel.

Our room was pretty clean, although a 4/5 there was a dirty was cloth left in the bathroom. The paid parking was convenient while we were on Vacation. Our plane was late so we could not get the hotel shuttle back to the hotel after we returned. The front desk person was not very friendly when we checked in late last night. The breakfast was okay but the gravy was cold. I just think overall they could do better for over 100 dollars a night. Ive stayed in some much better best westerns.

Arrived and they gave us the wrong key- had to move to another room. Went to dinner and came back- water was off on the entire building for 3 hours. And found NAIL clippings in the bed. Staff was extremely loud in the morning outside our door and woke us up. Tried to get refund through Expedia and they couldn’t do anything.
