We were there for a graduation party so did not take in the local sights. The room was not ready when it was a bit of a pain but the room was good and the staff tried to help for the rest of our stay

We prefer boutique hotels because they seem to care more about everything and Lancaster Arts checked all the boxes! The staff were all polite and helpful, the room was clean, comfortable and roomy enough for a couple of nights and the location was central to all that we wanted. Thank you!

Lovely boutique hotel. Walkable to all of the restaurants and shopping in downtown Lancaster. Staff were excellent. I do wish they had a vending machine for convenience sodas rather than having to walk to CVS or other stores

Love the vibe of the hotel and staff super friendly. Only complaint would be breakfast didn't have scrambled eggs. If you want something hot you have to microwave it. My sister left her purse on the couch in the lobby overnight and it was waiting for her at the front desk with all the money and everything inside.

Fun hotel, nice location, the carpet in the room was pretty worn, though. That is really the only complaint. Would stay again if in the area. Staff was sweet and helpful. LGBTQ friendly.
