The firat room we were assigned didnt have window curtains that covered the windows properly. We didnt feel safe as the room was facing the parking lot and we didnt have proper window coverings. The staff at the bar were not very attentive and slightly rude. We sat at a table and no one came to attend to us after 20 minutes of sitting there and trying to get someones attention

Havana Cabana is a nice property, the rooms were clean, atmosphere was great, and they offer a shuttle to downtown. We had a small issue with our room and the manager was very accommodating.

The rooms were clean and very cute! The amenities are amazing. The daily resort fee is well worth it!!! All of the staff were so accommodating and eager to help. Definitely would stay here again!!!

Room was amazing. VERY centered on drinking. But if that is your thing, they have a bus to bring you to the local bars and comp drinks. Weren't there long enough to get into the pool, but the room was absolutely amazing. View of the water from our balcony. Best place to enjoy coffee in the morning. Watch for the troublesome rooster who crowed at 830 am haha. Despite the bus coming back from the bars each hour, we never heard a thing (from outside or the hallways).

Room was good. Staff was okay. Not knowing much about the island or road construction issues. But okay. Bar and food was way below average for the cost. Not worth the wait. Breakfast was horrible. Food truck average at best. Location was good for the cost.

The staff was great! The grounds were beautiful. The food from the food truck was amazing! I felt like I was in the Caribbean. Unfortunately, our room 123 had a faint musty smell to it. Once we packed and got to the airport, we realized that the suitcase and jackets that were in the closet had a strong musty smell.

Fantastic vibes - I would definitely stay there again! Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful, the pool was beautiful, and breakfast was tasty. There were a few maintenance items in the room that need to be addressed, but the hotel seems to be refreshing all of the rooms so I imagine those things are being handled. One item of note is that we had difficulty with the shower in our room - the water temp would fluctuate during the shower (randomly becoming hotter and colder). Overall, I’ll definitely return!
