The location of this hotel is amazing, very clean. Traditional rooms are average nothing special about it. TerribleTerrible Wi-Fi. You could only get YFI in the lobby. You won’t be able to connect from your room. And I have addressed the issues with the front desk, but with no success. But other than that, it’s a good place to be at. Everybody friendly. And fairly clean place.. the restaurant is spot on.

I had a very nice experience overall at the resort. I would have liked to know more about the resort services available, but there was only a little info provided. I had put my towels on the rack to reuse but the staff still replaced them which was annoying as I try to be environmentally friendly.

Pier House is an excellent resort. Awesome location. Quiet. No need for a car. Many superb restaurants within walking distance. We love this property and highly recommend staying here

Rented a room with ocean view. It was not.[Gulf view] it was like being in a theather sitting behind a person with a big hat. We could see to the left or right not center. Thats what I paid for.Total view. And no microwave??? Had to ask for one.Balcony pic. shows room for movement. actually, it was like sitting in a crowded resturant squeeziing to get by.

I didn't like that they allowed people to go down to the beach really early in the morning and claim loungers... the whole 2nd row was claimed and no one came to their chair for over three hours. People could hand used those loungers in that time. Looked a little silly.

While this property has a great location and friendly staff , we were very disappointed with the room itself. The beds had sandy sheets, sand on the floors, tv was unplugged and things broken throughout the room (charging docks, etc). Dust was layered on the top of the 2 beds headboards. It was a first floor room with a lanai. The room needed more attention for sure, especially for the price per day. I typically don’t write reviews but this one kinda threw us considering how great the reviews were. Maybe we just got a forgotten about room??
