The hotel staff was wonderful, but the truth is it's an old hotel and the rooms are very small. You can hear all the noises from outside the room. You can walk to Duval Street, but you should know that it's a long walk.

The hot water in the shower was limited at best. It also took 3 to 4 minutes before it would get up to the room. The hot water in the sink was nonexistent. I was not at all happy with the parking situation, as I have a heart condition and had to park two blocks away and carry my bags.

We had a great stay at the Palms it was close enough to walk to a lot of places. It was nice to have a parking space right out front. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean the bed was comfortable. It was nice and quiet!!!

The room was very clean! The place is very old but has been updated in a way that preserves the old charm. Nice pool area and above average :free" breakfast. Pleasant, accommodating staff. If we went back, we would definitely stay there again.

The location was fantastic. The hotel was very cute. They were excellent with directions and recommendations. Their pool was so refreshing. They helped us out with parking. Would definitely stay there again!

Hotel was clean and beautiful. Staff were very nice and let us keep our bags behind the counter before and after check in. ONLY complaint was the room above us had noisy people that kept walking around all night. Heard everything.

Clean room pool side. Check in was easy and front desk staff pleasant. Breakfast was your simple continental breakfast but everything was wonderful and enough! Heated pool. Did not bring my dogs as planned glad I didn't because of the chicken and birds. Would stay here again
