We had a early check in which went ok. There was only one staff on hand and they were checking in another person which took about 10 minutes. The person checking in didn't seem to have all the right documentation. The rooms were ok. A few spot here and there.

Exterior of the hotel is pretty rough but the interior of the room was much better - clean and comfortable. The heater in the room was on when I arrived and it was pretty toasty so I turned it off. Was unable to turn it back on again in the am when it got cold again. The ice machine in bldg 2 was out of order so I had to go to the main bldg which was a pretty decent trek. When I arrive the TV wasnt working and I had to do some investigating to figure out what was wrong - the dish tv box behind the dresser was turned off. So the room was fine but thé stay had some bumps. Not sure I’d make a second trip.

We selected a1 bedroom which was available and were told it was not available when we arrived. The bathroom had rust. The TV didn't work. The exterior door would not latch. We were not able to address any of these issues the night we arrived. We did try, but we gave up as we were exhausted and it was late and the person who was helping us said he had an emergency and would be back later. I called back during normal business hours to discuss and the person i spoke to was immediately hostile and telling me it was my fault. Do not stay here.
