Nice place. Beautiful Area. Nice beach. Better beach than Saii phi phi village hotel. Walkable restaurants along the beach. Beach is long enough to go for a nice walk. Water doesn’t get deep fast so you can walk far out Nice sunset pool area with bar. Bar staff at the sunset pool which has happy hour from 3-5 were great. Sunset restaurant disappointing because they only have pre set menus. Better to have a la carte. Not family friendly restaurant. Should change that in my opinion but maybe they’re going for the couple crowd which also makes sense. Other restaurants like Jimmy Cafe were good. Kids eat free. Staff are very nice. The golf cart drivers that drove you around the resort were so nice. Especially Oh. I know I’m not spelling his name correctly. Only issue was my kid broke a drinking glass in the room and when I called the front desk reception to have someone come to help clean it up with a broom because it broke into a a lot of small pieces, the reception lasy was more worried about me paying for it and seemed mad that it broke. They added a 50 baht charge for it at checkout. They need to look at the bigger picture, it’s all about hospitality.
I think from a hospitality standpoint they could improve on things such as that. They offer very reasonable transfers from hotel or airport which include boat service and minivan service. Very helpful. I would recommend this resort. It’s very relaxing. Away from the busy and crazy part of phi phi island.
