Very bad first impressions.

When we got their. The room was a total mess and unfortunately we did not think to take pictures. We had to remind the front desk twice to get our room ready. The rest of the stay was fine.

No hot tub, no sauna, no complimentary breakfast. Parking was awful. $6 a day for parking. Don’t bring a truck, you won’t fit. Not with the price I paid. Very unhappy camper

What I liked was it's convenient to everything downtown Appleton. I didn't like that parking and breakfast wasn't included within the price of the stay. Also there wasn't anything mentioned about additional $35 in case of damages to the room; yes it's refundable, it should be mentioned on the website . Overall it was a great place

Nice hotel with inconvenient parking.

Hotel is clean and staff are courteous. The downside is parking convenience. I would recommend comped parking fees or discounted relative to the room cost per night. At over $150 per night for single room with queen bed, the parking in the garage across the street should be less than an extra $10 per night.
