The Staff are so kind and show what true customer service is. I also would like to send a special Thank you to Rose the day trip organiser, she is fantastic at her job. The location hotel is perfect a 5 min walk if that from the beach and easy access to nearby bars.The pool is also a nice size and breakfest has a nice selection.

The hotel is very nice location and it's only take 5 min walking to Ao Nang beach, the first day when we check in the room had no hot water to shower, but it got fix very quickly, also the room that we stay has a lot of mosquitos, my friend got a lot of bits on his legs

My stay at the Ava Sea Resort was great. I had a room on the 5th floor. The view was unbelievable. The staff were pleasant to deal with. Excursions were easy to book. It was close to the beach and all the amenities were close by. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very close to the beach and amenities so was able to walk everywhere. It was nice room, quiet roomy. The only problem was we had little hot water in the shower. But other than that it was really nice.

Great location, 5-min walk to Ao Nang beach. 7-11 downstairs. Friendly staff. Money exchange outside the lobby had the best rate. Some of the best restaurants and shopping nearby. Room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent with varieties. Swimming pool was clean and large. This hotel was by far the best we stayed in this trip (Phuket, Phi Phi and Krabi). We will stay here again.
