Our group of five really enjoyed our time at this resort. We appreciated the shuttle service from the airport. We all enjoyed the options at the breakfast buffet every morning. The pool area was relaxing & we enjoyed the swim up bar. Our rooms were very comfortable. We loved the easy access within walking distance to the main street with all the numerous restaurants and shops.

Great position on Ao nang beach front property. Nice rooms to stay in but upgrade for them don’t go for the cheap ones. Nice gardens around the property. 3 lee downs were, 1 both pools looked a bit murky so didn’t use them, loos near restaurant and beach were filthy and in desperate need of upgrading, seriously, a good regular clean would have been nice, I complained a couple of time about cleaning them!! Everyone wants chairs near beach as it’s cooler so maybe bring unused pool chairs and put more by the beach. Sadly though chairs not cleaned and rubbish not cleared end of day so if you go get a chair in the morning you have to clean it and remove rubbish from day before. Breakfast and drinks good but didn’t eat other than that, nice stay in all!

This hotel was in a good location for Ao Nang, it’s right on the beach, although it’s not the best beach it’s nice enough and you can look out over it whilst having breakfast. You could also easily pickup the water taxis a short walk down the beach. The breakfast was really nice, full range of options. The hotel grounds/gardens are kept really nice and it’s nice to walk around. Where this hotel falls down is on the rooms and pool area. We had a luxury grand pool room, it’s grand in the sense it’s big with high ceilings but was far from luxury, the bath panel was hanging off, the plugs in bath and sink didn’t work and there was a big rusty bolt sticking up from the floor. You got two sachets of Nescafé, sugar and whitener which never got replaced. It was billed as having robes and slippers, didn’t have any, when asked they said they didn’t do them. The air con was so loud, sounded like a jet taking off so there was a choice between not sleeping well because it was too hot or too loud! The main pool was green and didn’t look nice, however the smaller pool was nice. We were only there 3 days but overall we enjoyed our time there mostly out visiting other places and the night market across the way has some good food options. Bottom line it’s nice enough but don’t expect luxury as billed.

Once checking into the hotel, the room conditions were terrible, nothing worked. The a/c didn’t work or the tv. The furniture had mold and the room didn’t look anything like the pictures. When I asked about the different pictures listed they said did you request a pool room, and I said that is what I payed for. The staff was not very helpful until the second time I asked to switch rooms. Beware of the bait and switch

We loved our stay at Krabi resort. We stayed in # F1 Grand suite bungalows which was fantastic. It had its own small pool and was a short distance to the beach. It was so quiet and staff was friendly and accommodating. Our check in was fast and check out just fine. We used the workout gym every morning and found the equipment adequate. We enjoyed our Pilates class with Fid to be fun. The breakfast was great for the 5 days we were there. We highly recommended this resort. We would book again if traveling here.

We loved this Hotel complex, it was an Oasis quietly tucked away at the end of Ao Nang beach yet within easy walk of everything. The gardens were a real feature with beautiful tropical planting & sounds of birds etc. The staff were friendly & helpful & couldnt do more to help. The rooms were a tiny bit tired in places but this had no impact on our tremendous stay.

First, there is only 1 key per room and there were 2 of us per room. We booked a suite in the main building with common areas and 2 bedrooms. There are 4 of us and we wake up at different times. When we checked in they said they upgraded us, we got to some nice connecting rooms with high ceilings and in the condo area. There was no common area just the single rooms (other things things booked also not included in these rooms). The a/c was not working in 1. We wasted 2 hours waiting for them to send someone to fix as they were fully booked. Then we found out we could leave for dinner, when we came back the ac was still broken. They magically had a cancelation in the same style room upstairs from our friends. They did send someone to move our luggage. The property and rooms were nice. The rest the service was good.

Beautiful resort! It is located in the center of the Strip, next to numerous restaurants and shops. We were upgraded to a nicer room, which was awesome! Having a private beach was another benefit of the resort!

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, but we had higher expectations given its reputation. On the positive side, the hotel boasts a private beach and a restaurant with stunning views, which we appreciated. Also a nice location. However, there were several shortcomings that affected our experience. Our room was inconveniently located far from the reception, beach, and restaurant. The breakfast was underwhelming, with an overly oily omelette and food quality that was average at best. Additionally, attention to detail was lacking. One day, our room was not cleaned, and even when it was, the housekeeping service could be better, plus there were noticeable dirty spots on the floor. We also faced issues with the water temperature, which was inexplicably too cold at times despite waiting for it to warm up. Upon check-out, we discovered an erroneous extra charge, which would have gone unnoticed if we hadn’t been vigilant. Lastly, the hotel’s taxi service charges a flat rate of 800 THB regardless of the distance, which we found excessive. While the location and amenities had their highlights, the overall experience fell short due to these concerns.
