Location is great, however there is a bar in the basement and all the floors and rooms above stink because of the smoke. There is a rooftop bar a few meters from the hotel that plays the music loud until 4am.

My room was very cozy for a solo traveler. The bathroom was updated but the furniture and light fixtures should be updated as should the carpet and the drapes .Want to point out the breakfast buffet is not on site; one has to go out around the corner to the Wyndham Hotel The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. For a 4 star property that has competition almost every where you turn, a refresh seems long overdue

V izbe bolo cítiť cigaretový dym, zápach bolo cítiť z klimatizácie. Smrad bol hlavne v noci. V podzemí je bar/ kasíno a tam sa fajčí, čiže odtiaľ to asi cítiť stále. Poloha hotela fajn, to je asi tak všetko.

Staff at the reception desk was excellent. There was a slight issue with the room (room was set up as king size bed and not two twins) and the issue was corrected upon request even though housekeeping staff was no longer available.

Not a 4 star experience I expected. Hotel curtains were broken which meant we could draw them at night. They got fixed once but they broke immediately again and staff was not interested in fixing them again. Rooms are hot and it’s not possible to sleep with the window open due to the noise. Every night we had to call the reception to switch the heating off in our room, no AC. Hotel is opposite a nightclub which is very noise until 4 am most nights. Lots of loud music and people shouting on the street. Limited toiletries.

Managed to check in a couple of hours early, staff were friendly. Room was large, clean and like the pictures. Nice bathroom and kettle and fridge facilities were welcomed. Didn’t use any of the extras at the hotel like food or sauna so can’t comment. Hotel is in a great spot for walking to shops, mall, train station and the square. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
