I would highly recommend this hotel. It is modern, stylish and clean. The room had a tablet to control the lighting etc. The restaurant provided us with excellent meals both for breakfast and dinner. There was free coffee and tea in the lobby. It is well placed to walk to local attractions. There is a lovely cafe there. A very positive experience and one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in.

Checked in early as room was ready , friendly efficient service from the staff Room lovely and immaculate Food areas fantastic , bar areas super also especially for a cocktail .. Hi-tech room in modern hotel. Staff fantastic. No tea/coffee in room but downstairs free full ‘bar’ of tea/coffee/water. It gets a lot of use and breaks down. But fixed quickly. Location 20 min walk to old town. However the area is so historic worth it.

The hotel was bright, welcoming, clean, and warm. The staff were patient and friendly, and the restaurant was excellent. I loved my room, enjoyed the restaurant, and would've enjoyed how many of Krakow's attractions were within walking distance if my trip hadn't been cut short by the weather (Krakow gets foggy in the winter and their airport apparently isn't equipped for that). I intend to return to Poland to see what I missed, and if I can stay at the PURO again I probably will.

Great hotel in kazimierz area though walkable to old town in 15/20mins or short tram ride. Spacious clean rooms, great shower. Free hot drinks (including hot chocolate!) In lobby a nice touch.
