This property was a good choice for our two nights in Kuta. The included breakfast was excellent and filling. We did not use the rooftop, but it is well kept and would be a nice play to lay in the sun and read. The pool is well-maintained and attractive, including an out-of-place but whimsical, panda statue. We did not use it, however. We were pleased with the location of our room on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool. It was quiet and had a nice balcony and view. I would not have wanted a room on the ground floor near the pool, as guests must walk very closely to your room. The service was excellent, and the staff friendly and hospitable. I had a minor complaint about the cleanliness of the room when we arrived, and the housekeeping manager was responsive, unnecessarily apologetic, and extremely accommodating. I felt that he was sincerely concerned about our satisfaction and comfort. My only criticism about this property is that the rooms are stark. Everything is white, and there are no decorations on the walls whatsoever. Thus, there is no Balinese charm, but if that doesn't bother you, then I think you would be pleased to stay at this hotel. The property could definitely improve from an environmental sustainability perspective by using refillable dispensers for toiletries and water dispensers, rather than plastic bottles.

The room was in good condition it was the bathroom that left at lot to be desired. The design was very poor cannot stand at the wash basin as toilet in the way, the hand wash soap and toilet roll mounted on wall behind toilet, You need to be a contortionist to use, Also shower too close to toilet so knees hit glass when using toilet This hotel was just renovated and only reopened earlier this year

Highly recommended Hotel in a great location. Rooms were quite roomy, modern, very clean and good water pressure in the shower. Bigger than average fridge was a bonus. The breakfast option was amazing and all the staff were just wonderful. The outdoor area and pool was lovely. I had double room on the 3rd floor with balcony overlooking the pool & water feature. My second stay here & will definitely return next trip. You won’t be disappointed.
