The staff were amazing. We stayed In the Villa which comes with its own butler and Indra and Teguh made our holiday fantastic. The Villa had a huge private pool and is enormous. The food at the resort is really good and there are many restaurants to choose from.

We stayed in the king beach Front Room. 2 adults 1 child aged 7. Beds were very comfortable and the room had great views overlooking the pool and beach. Service and hospitality by all staff was amazing, they all make you feel welcome and go out of their way to accommodate and they are great with kids. Shout out to Denny for being great with our boy (again, all staff were good) Very family friendly. Great location close to the airport and walking distance to shops/ markets. Food was amazing at the Palms restaurant within the hotel. We will go back :)

Maikel was very polite and friendly with an amazing ability to remember my name even after several days of not seeing me! The food at breakfast as well as food ordered through room service was excellent. The breakfast buffet was huge with fresh food restocked throughout the 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM time slot. The room was clean. Public areas were clean. The staff were friendly and considerate. Beware, however.... The ad photos show a pristine beach. It's not. Lots of garbage. No private beach area. No beach lounge chairs or beach umbrellas. Overall, it's excellent, but more like a three or four star hotel rather than a five star rating.

Booked Room type was not given. Obstructed ocean view. Room TV was not operational. Bathroom washbasin cold water tap was leaking. Despite of TV and Tap leak reported, nothing has been fixed. Rather cold water was shut completely and only hot water for brushing and shaving.

Loved the entrance to the lobby and loved the staff at holiday inn baruna, on our 1st day of holiday we meet micheal from reception he was a big help for setting up the esim for us , plus the kids party every week , was good and IHG members cocktail party on the lawn every Wednesday.
