When we arrived in Bali we were greeted by Melly at the reception desk. Melly was so pleasant and helpful. She explained all the amenities and helped us transfer to Holiday Inn Express next door for a second night. She offered us free breakfast and a shuttle return to the airport the next day. The resort had a beautiful pool area, two great restaurants, a wonderful spa and easy access to the beach.

Holiday inn Resort is located in a nice spot. Close to airport and in a quiet spot of Kuta. Great food choices between Envy and Palms restaurants. If you are an IHG member, you get 20% off the food bill. Staff are very warm to deal with and always happy to assist which makes all the difference. Loved watching the sunsets from the hotel. You also get access to rooftop pool and the viewing deck at Holiday Inn Express which has amazing views. Thank you to all staff for making our stay comfortable 🙏. If we visit Bali again, will definitely stay here!
