It would be nice if the staff can be more attentive with the customers. The check in was a bit complicated and long as it is self service. The room was very spacious and it had many outlets and USB ports to plug in devices. The amenities were very nice.

It's Nice Hotel, But Breakfast Could Be Better. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall it’s a nice place to stay. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast. It was advertised as a buffet, but you’re only allowed to order one item per person, which feels misleading. On top of that, it’s quite expensive for what you get. Other than that, the experience was positive.

Blissful bath and sauna

Wonderful hotel with lovely sauna and bath which was a real treat and highlight of our honeymoon. Walkable to Gion and iconic areas of Kyoto in 20-30 minutes. Lots of food and transport options around. Free drink in the evening which was a nice addition. Our room had a beautiful view over the West of Kyoto and the mountains which was lovely especially at sunset. We would definitely stay here again.
