Friendly staff and clean room. Coffee area was nice. Breakfast looked good but couldn't eat. It seems to be right in the middle of a hopping area. Lots of shopping and food. I'm not gonna knock them but they were going through a renovation. It was organized and wasn't messy. Good value.

The front entrance looked like it was barred from having guests come in and had caution tape , paint signs inside the elevator, the staff told me after checking in that the pool was closed until next month, the breakfast was bad. The pool was the whole reason we booked. The A/C stopped working at night and the toilet was loud and did not flush correctly.

The air conditioner was broken. We complained to the front desk and we were given a fan. A little later we were in the lobby and another guest complained and had his room comped. It was very frustrating to see guests treated differently for the same issue. We were two women in a room do a tennis tournament.
