The place was clean, the accomidations were exaxtly what was needed for a night rest. The owners were super nice as well and was able to get us into a room right away.

A quiet stay for a ver reasonable price.

My visit was for a family wedding in Burlington. My room was comfortable, and quiet! I enjoyed the deep tub for a good hot soak for body aches (I danced a lot at the wedding)!!! The price was right and the bed was comfortable. I slept like a baby. **Please check the sink and tub in Rm 225, I had difficulty turning the bathroom sink faucet completely off. Also the tub faucet water control came off while turning on the water.** All in all a quiet stay at a great price! I'd definitely recommend.

Room had a strong chemical odor, perhaps a deoderizing agent. Mattress was less than firm. Otherwise, the room was very clean. Duane at check-in was super friendly.

Nice improvements

This is an older hotel but it appears that the current owners are making an effort to clean it up and are doing the best they can with what they have. There was fresh paint on the walls and all in all it was very clean. I stayed here a few years ago with the previous owners and it was a stretch to even give it one star. It has definitely elevated quite a bit since then. The man that checked me in was very friendly and helpful.

Locks on doors didn't lock. Dead bolt couldn't put on cause door wouldn't shut all the way, chain lock was broke off, couldn't close curtains due to missing hooks old curtains, our feet were black on bottom from walking on old dirty carpet in room
