I really had high hopes for this stay but unfortunately it fell short of expectations and this is why:
Several conflicting answers from the staff, I asked if they would match a much lower rate on Expedia vs the website and was told NO over the phone but when I got to the hotel they told me YES. I asked for a room with a balcony (which was pictured on the photos) and was told there were no rooms with balconies which is correct (pls take that photo down it's misleading). I asked for a view of the lake and was told that the more expensive rooms which is what I booked faced the parking lot. There is no soundproofing between rooms and also the windows facing the parking lot. We stayed 3 nights and every night we were woken up by several rowdy dudes at 3-4am outside of our window. There is no outdoor space at all in this hotel so if you want to enjoy time outside you should stay elsewhere. The breakfast is lackluster if you want something to eat go early as they ran out of simple things like coffee, yogurt etc rather quickly.
PROS: the design is nice in the common areas. The beds are comfortable.Close proximity to restaurants and bars.
