With 3 Bedrooms plus bonus room and 2 full bathrooms, there is ample accommodation for 8 people. You can relax and kick back by the rock fire place in this peaceful vacation home tucked away in a quiet neighborhood of Kings Beach, or slip out the back door for a round of golf. 4 person Hot Tub on back porch overlooking golf course.

This Tahoe Retreat is great vacation location if you are single, married, a family, honeymooning, or planning a romantic getaway. This lovely vacation home is one block from Lake Tahoe's beautiful North Shore. Within 30 minutes drive to over 10 internationally known winter ski resorts, as well as Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Robert Trent Jones summer golf courses. Ice skating all year is as close as Northstar at Tahoe or at Squaw Valley USA just 15 miles. Equestrian trails (along with horses and trail guides) or mountain biking (from easy to extreme) available throughout the area. Carefree hiking, biking, picnicking, and fishing abounds, with rental services within 5 blocks. There's a boat launch within one mile.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put all garbage is the brown bear bin by lower drive way. The "key" is hanging on a chain on the bear bin. Do not leave key in key hole.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
