VERY GOOD STAY!

We stayed in the Peppermill tower for the first time this trip. The room was remodeled and very clean. The tuscan tower is much bigger and the bathroom is better but for the price the peppermill tower was fine. We enjoyed drinks at the pool and the ambiance at the peppermill in general is the closest thing to vegas that reno has. We will definitely stay again!

All great until midnight when we were accosted by 2 security guards knocking as loud as police on our door and told they would force open the door unless we opened it. Apparently front desk did not realize there were 2 different reservations with same last name. We discovered that the next day when we pursued the matter, the security guards didn't tell us that just that no one had properly registered to the room we were in. We're felt assaulted.

It was amazing. We’ve never been to a big casino and the Peppermill was beautiful. Our room was fantastic. It was so nice to be in the remodeled Peppermill tower and everything was perfect and clean. It felt luxurious.
