As soon as we entered the hotel room, the back of the door wiring was exposed and only one of the key cards worked. The drain in the sink was plugged and it slowly drained. They missed cleaning the faucet handle.There was only one toilet paper roll that was half used for a three day stay I had to ask for more.

Receptionist at front desk unfriendly - limited options in restaurant - additional car parking fee that I wasn’t aware of - I was charged almost double for Saturday night - a charge of over double other nights - probably my fault for not being detailed enough to notice but an outrageous $500 + for Saturday night stay!!!! Is there a way to dispute it?

I loved how the decor incorporated the history of East Liberty. And I felt so welcome and cared for - your staff is attentive and helpful, which was much needed by this traveler. Very quiet, got a great night’s sleep.

The room was large and clean. However, the coffee maker didn't work right (fixed after complaint) and most importantly, the water pressure was insufficient for the shower head (not fixed), the shower head old. On the second day, our room wasn't made up yet at 4:30pm, and when we complained, the staff responded unprofessionally. They badly need training. Management should stay in its own rooms from time to time, so things get fixed. And it would be good if a manager were around when customers ask to speak to them. Finally, we paid $32 for valet parking per night, and during the last night, the car was just parked on the street. The hotel charges 4-star prices for a 1star experience. We left very unhappy.

Excellent spacious room in a prime location walkable to local restaurants and bar scene. I slept very well because it was quiet. All the staff were so kind and greeted me in the hallways, it was a nice touch! I felt welcome and safe as a solo traveler.
