I spoke with Miss Garcia, the manager of this hotel to let her know how unhappy I was with the way this room looked. My husband and I had to move to a second room that really wasn’t much better. Miss Garcia said that I had to speak with you in order to get compensation For the uncomfortableness of my day and you will contact her and she would approve it.
This is the way the bed looked when I pull the cover back. This was not the kind of room I expected to have to live in. I spoke with Miss Garcia the manager. I was told that I need to speak with you regarding compensation, having to move out of this

U had 5 people was givin any bedding for rhe third bed which was needed. I was giving a very rough cheap fleece blanket that had over dried too many times when i asked for atleast a sheet to cover the bed or sofa i was denied stating housekeeping was gone. I dont understand how housekeeping being gone with the fact that i booked my room with approximately the amount of people. Its a cheap place but dirty for the most part and just really lacking accountability

They put me in one room that was dirty. The bed was dirty very dirty. They moved me to another room and it was just as bad, but it was late at night and all the other hotels was booked up. I will never ever stay there again. You guys should definitely take this off y’all list.

We asked for plates and forks (plastic) and he said he would bring them to our room and never did. Went down for breakfast and the dining room was very small, no tables available and all the food was gone. She put more frozen sausages in the warmer to fill it. We left and went to the ihop across the street and it was amazing!

When we arrived. There were several police in Lobby for a disturbance. We witness a lot of screaming & profanity. To make matters worse, the rooms were not cleaned . The mattress & blankets had stains on them. The curtains were off the hooks. The bed was sunken in. And I will never ever book at this establishment ever again.

The property was clean, the first room that they gave me the bed was nasty, had holes and stains in the sheets, look like someone had been laying in the bed before we came in the room, I asked for a different room I was accommodated. The second room was clean, bed was clean, however when taking a bath in the jet tub, dirt was coming out of the Jets. Dirt was coming out of the Jets. Dirt was coming out of the Jets that is disgusting. The breakfast was nice and the lady that served the breakfast was very accommodating and very nice the staff was great.
